Om Seva Trust is organising an all India trip exclusively for women in an Electric Vehicle from the southern tip of  Kanyakumari to Jammu, the crown of India, in association with Environmental NGOs of India and We Grow Forest Foundation. Green Voyage aims to bring a societal change towards sustainable development by switching to low-emission modes of transportation and encouraging a sustainable lifestyle. Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. The principles of sustainable development say that we should live within environmental limits and that we should enjoy and aspire to a healthy, just and fair society.

I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do. On behalf of Om Seva Trust, I have sponsored a Tata Nexon Vehicle for the Sustainable Journey, the Green Voyage.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. I believe, small deeds done are better than great deeds planned.

This Green Mission will attract and receive the attention of people across the world directly and indirectly. Travelling across 150+ cities for 14 days and covering up to 4000+ Km, Green Voyage has a vision of building sustainable societies. The purpose of this voyage is to raise Green Consciousness by raising awareness and educating people about the significance of living sustainably in order to protect the environment by uptaking different behavioural adaptations.

Sustainable interventions like Green Voyage influence people to perceive a better future where the universal family can stay together. This journey will make history, inspire millions, and ensure multiple World Records for the whole team.

Green Voyage will create social and political impacts by addressing environmental issues and climate change. Saying ‘NO’ to print culture as well as normalising and promoting digital products is one of the objectives. Our primary importance is saying ‘YES’ to the ‘United Nations Sustainability Goal’ for a better tomorrow. The Green Voyage is organised for the greater greener future where there is no ‘ME’ but ‘US’!
